Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We stand by the quality of our agronomist-tested formulas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the biological nature of AeraRoots organic products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once a product has been delivered.

Replacements for Transit Damage: We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for products damaged during transit. Please email care@aeraroots.in with a photo of the damaged packaging within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a free replacement.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have been dispatched from our Nashik facility.
